Sounds like you did just the right training to accomplish your goal. I came across your site today (via a link on Twitter) and have enjoyed reading about your training. We are around the same age, and with similar PRs. <br />I just did the Denver Marathon in a disappointing 3:25 yesterday. Was shooting for 3:20 or lower and thought I was in shape for it. Now looking at other training methods and intrigued by some of the things you've mentioned about Brad Hudson. Going to check out his book.<br />Good luck in your Boston training.
